About the Firebirds Circle
Welcome to the Firebirds Circle, part of the YMCA Adventure Guides program! We are a group of dads and their kids who come together to build lasting memories through adventure, friendship, and fun.
Our Mission
The Firebirds Circle is dedicated to strengthening father-child relationships through shared outdoor experiences and community activities. We believe in:
- Adventure - Exploring the outdoors and trying new activities together
- Connection - Building strong bonds between fathers and children
- Community - Creating a supportive network of families
- Growth - Learning new skills and facing challenges together
What We Do
Our circle participates in a wide variety of activities throughout the year, including:
- Camping trips and outdoor adventures
- Family-friendly events and gatherings
- Community service projects
- Seasonal celebrations
- Skills workshops and educational activities
About YMCA Adventure Guides
The YMCA Adventure Guides program is a family-based program that strengthens the parent-child bond through shared experiences and adventures. The Firebirds Circle is part of the River Crossing YMCA Adventure Guides program.
The Adventure Guides season runs from September to June every year, with activities and events scheduled throughout the season.
Program Registration Required
IMPORTANT: Everyone must be registered with the YMCA Adventure Guides program to participate in any circle activities.
Registration Fees
- FREE for River Crossing YMCA members
- $45 per child for non-members (until October 15)
- $85 per child for non-members (after October 15)
